Chicken Tacos

  1. Combine water, chicken, and 35g salt in a large pot.
  2. Boil chicken until cooked through.
  3. Reserve 100ml of chicken water.
  4. Discard remaining water.
  5. Shred chicken using forks.
  6. Cook onions in a pan until translucent.
  7. Add chicken, garlic, tomato paste, spices, lime juice, and ½ tablespoon salt.
  8. Cook until water evaporates.
